Registration Procedures
Registration must be made on the official Registration Form or through http://hkfrdd.org/apsavd-emw2008. Payment of registration can be made either by credit card or by local cheque in HK Dollars or bank draft in HK/US Dollars. The payment must be made payable to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong". For credit card payment, only Visa, Mastercard and American Express will be accepted.

Registration Entitlements
Each registered delegate will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, he/she will be invited to participate in all scientific sessions, the exhibition, satellite symposia and coffee breaks.

A copy of the programme and abstract book, and certificate of attendance will also be given to each registered delegate.

Cancellation and Refund
Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before 31 August 2008 by e-mail, fax or regular mail to the Conference Secretariat. The registration fee, after deducting 50% administrative charge, will be refunded within two months following the Conference.

There will be no refund for notice of cancellation received after 31 August 2008. However, substitute of participant is allowed, subject to approval by the Organizers. Please send substitute's details in writing to the Conference Secretariat on or before 15 September 2008. No substitution will be accepted after 15 September 2008.

Letter of Invitation
The Conference Secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements only. The invitation does not imply provision of any financial or other support.

Liabilities
All delegates and accompanying persons are responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.
